This Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal data of our visitors and customers, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

2.2 Data collected automatically — IP address; browser and operating system type and version; pages visited, time on site, and traffic source; interaction data via Google Analytics and Contentsquare; cookies (see item 6).
3. Purpose of processing
Process and ship your orders; issue invoices; provide support via e-mail, WhatsApp, or chat; send communications about your order; send newsletters and promotions (with your consent); improve the site’s experience and security; comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

We process your data based on the following LGPD legal bases (art. 7 and 11): contract performance (processing your purchase); legal obligation compliance (invoices, fraud prevention); consent (marketing, non-essential cookies); legitimate interest (security and performance analysis).

We share data with third parties only when necessary: payment gateways (to be confirmed according to the active integration); shipping carriers (Correios and similar); infrastructure providers and analytics tools; public authorities, if required by law.

Transactional data: 5 years (art. 34 of the Brazilian Civil Code). Tax data: 5 years (tax legislation). Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
